When introduced into the scalp, the result is the appearance of thicker, healthier hair. In the past, we injected platelets (PRP) and stem cells to thicken hair. After a PRP or stem cell treatment, the body must clear away the debris of the unnecessary materials that have been left behind. With EXOVEX therapy, a much higher concentration of ‘the good stuff’ is injected with far less of the unnecessary materials, providing a more effective procedure. In this way, EXOVEX is one step beyond PRP and ‘Stem Cell’ therapy.

EXOVEX contains 450+ growth factors that are known to promote healing, regenerate normal tissue, and for our purposes, to thicken hair. These precision growth factors include VEGF, PDGF, and FGF, which have all been shown to thicken hair, plus Wnt 3a, which activates the Wnt/βcatenin pathway which is critical for hair regeneration.

What Can I Expect From my EXOVEX Hair Rejuvenation Appointment?

We will cleanse and exfoliate the scalp thoroughly then apply EXOVEX using our needle-less “injection” technique for a completely pain-free experience, followed by LED light therapy to accelerate results. After the treatment, we recommend avoiding heavy exercise for 24 hours following treatment. You may resume normal shampooing and use of styling products the next day.
