Cancellation Policy

Here at Wink, we care deeply for you and aim to provide every one of our patients with exceptional, personalized service. When you’re with us, the time allocated for your appointment is reserved to focus solely on you.

We have installed a policy to benefit you and all of our guests so we may provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to these cancellation/no-show policies.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, we confirm your appointment via email, text or phone several days before. Of course, we understand that sometimes you must change an appointment due to emergencies or unforeseen events, so we appreciate a timely response to allow someone on our waitlist to enjoy the vacated spot.

We kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours for an appointment cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a fee of $50 per hour scheduled.

No Shows

A “No Show” occurs when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without sufficient prior notice. This results in another patient losing the opportunity to be seen. Due to a recent increase in these situations, we are implementing a cancellation policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment, we may charge a fee of $50 per hour scheduled and require prepayment for any future appointments.

Credit Card Required

When making an appointment with us, we will require a credit card placed on file to reserve your service. All cards on file are added to the system via an electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. You will not be charged at this time.

However, if we do not receive the required 24-hour notice for adjustments and cancellations, a fee of $50 per hour scheduled may be applied to your card. Our cancellation fee, no-show fee, or any other applicable charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking or cancellation. These fees are intended to compensate our staff and cover the costs incurred due to the reserved time slot.
