Cancellation Policy

At WINK, we care deeply for our clients and want to provide everyone with an exceptional experience. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email, text, and/or call several days before.

We understand that there are times when you may miss an appointment due to work, emergencies or personal obligations. However, we have recently experienced an increase in patients not keeping their scheduled appointments and not calling in a timely manner to cancel, negatively affecting our ability to provide you with the best possible care.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

As a result, we are implementing a cancellation policy. We kindly request a 24-hour notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. This policy allows us to continue our tradition of providing excellent service for our established and future clientele.

No Shows

A “No Show” occurs when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without sufficient prior notice. This results in another patient losing the opportunity to be seen. Due to a recent increase in these situations, we are implementing a cancellation policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment, we may charge a fee of $50 per hour scheduled and require prepayment for any future appointments.

Credit Card Required

As part of this new policy, a credit card must be on file when making an appointment with us. This card is not charged prior to your appointment and is simply used to reserve the time allocated for your treatment or service. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains private.
In the event that you need to cancel or change your appointment and we do not receive the required 24-hour notice, a $50 charge per hour scheduled will be applied to your card.

Please note, we understand that emergencies can arise and reserve the right to reevaluate implementing our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
