Michele Wood, L.E.
Owner, Esthetician, Injector
Michele Wood, Owner, and licensed medical esthetician, opened Wink Medical Aesthetics in November 2010. She envisioned a place where you could receive the latest in medical aesthetics technology while enjoying the nurturing touch of a five-star day spa. She has done extensive training and loves to bring her philosophy, “That everyone needs to be nurtured”, to each treatment. She has received multiple certifications in Ultherapy, HydraFacial MD, Skinceutical MicroPeels, SkinMedica Chemical Peels, Sublative Rejuvenation, Refirme Skin Tightening, Fotofacial RF, Laser Hair Removal, UltraShape Power and Velashape III Body Contouring.
Michele began injecting Botox 7 ½ years ago and then moved into injecting dermal fillers. Once she began dermal fillers, she caught the bug of injecting and her passion has been contagious ever since. She loves to combine the precise medical knowledge of injecting with the artistry of creating and sculpting. To be a good injector, one has to have the knowledge, but also the” eye” and Michele is known to have both! She believes first and foremost about the importance of education both for herself and her patients. She is continually training and has had the privilege of participating in one on one training with the number one injector trainer in Allergan as well as some of the world’s leading experts in the art of injecting dermal fillers. She is proud to have been part of making Wink a top 7% Allergan Partner (the makers of Botox and the Juvederm family of fillers.)

Gregg Wood, M.D.
Owner, Medical Director
Gregg Wood received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Austin College in Sherman, TX before earning his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He continued his medical training by completing his internship at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA and a residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Wood is licensed to practice in the state of Texas and is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Wood is committed to overseeing quality patient care and service and believes that Wink’s patients should be well informed and educated on any procedure before deciding to have a treatment. Dr. Wood is always available for questions. He takes the time to get to know patients and understand their needs and desires. Through continuing medical education, Dr. Wood stays up on the latest aesthetic innovations so that Wink can continue to serve patients with the latest breakthrough technologies. Dr. Wood has been certified by Syneron in the use of all of their aesthetic lasers. He is also certified as an advanced injector in both Botox and the Juvederm family of fillers.

April Campbell, L.E.
Esthetician, Injector
Also known as "Red" April, she was born and raised in the DFW area, mostly in Arlington. April moved to San Antonio after high school where she graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. At first, she wanted to be a professor but soon realized that wasn't the route for her. Sitting at a desk was not where she wanted to be so in 2005 she enrolled at The Aveda Institute in San Antonio and started her career in aesthetics then went on to receive her laser certification. April has worked for a plastic surgeon, a dermatologist, and other med spas where she honed her craft as a skincare and laser expert. In 2016 she was able to add aesthetic injector to her repertoire. She has worked with Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure, Vobella, Restalyne and Sculptra products. When asked "what is your favorite thing to do?" her answer is always "I can't pick just one. It is whatever gets my client results, makes them feel better about themselves, and makes them smile."
April lives in south Austin and has a fur-baby named Louie.

Jane Weafer, L.E.
Laser Professional
Jane is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and a skilled Laser Professional. She is a native Texan from Houston. In her early career, she was in office equipment sales for Xerox. Once married and while raising a family she lived in many different states where her husband’s career took them.
Jane has always had a passion for skincare and anti-aging treatments. Once back in Austin she attended Ann Webb Skin Institute for Medical Aesthetics. Having received laser treatments herself, she fell in love with lasers and attended Texas Laser and Esthetics Academy where she became certified as a laser professional. Jane started her medical aesthetics career working at a plastic surgeon’s office and is now excited to work at Wink! Although laser is her passion, she loves all aspects of esthetics and helping her patients look their best at any age. Jane lives in the area with her husband and many pets, and they love spending time with their grown children.

Mitzi Bradshaw
Licensed Aesthetician
Mitzi is a Licensed Aesthetician and passionate skincare therapist. Mitzi hails from the great state of Tennessee. She has perfected her art all across the United States and has made Texas her forever home. Mitzi has over 20 years of experience and a fierce knowledge of skincare. Mitzi’s obsession with skin started when she was a teenager selling makeup at Dior. She quickly realized that it was imperative to have beautiful, healthy skin so make-up would not be necessary to further congest the skin She is empowered with her enthusiasm for all things aesthetic as a treatment specialist. She is extensively trained in organic skincare such as Anda and Naturopathica as well as others including Skinbetter, SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals, Intraceuticals, and more. She is certified in HydraFacial, Oxygen Facial, and Peels. Mitzi believes that beautiful skin starts from within. Her whole body wellness approach leaves her clients with an experience that is above all others.
Mitzi is always eager to learn about the latest technology and trends in the aesthetic industry as she constantly strives to grow as an artist and aesthetician. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loving husband and two children as well as her four-legged, fury grand puppies, Rabbit and Brownie.

Phyllis Teal
Office Manager/ Spa Coordinator
Phyllis came to Wink after many years in the Sales and the Spa Industry. She has always had a passion for Beauty and is now living her dream of working in the industry. Throughout the years, Phyllis has become the face of Wink. Patients often stop by just to sit and chat with Phyllis during their day. Besides coordinating treatments, educating patients and looking up patients' reward points, you can often find her sharing pictures of her "Girls", Goldendoodles Lexi and Bella, or helping watch a patient's little one while they are getting a treatment. She has a knack for making everyone feel at ease and special. You can always count on seeing her smiling face and welcoming spirit when entering Wink!

Tammy Maddox
Marketing/ Social Media Manager
Tammy came to Wink to assist Phyllis, the office manager on Saturday with all duties pertaining to the front desk. After proving herself invaluable, she has been promoted to Marketing/Social Media Manager. She will be the one planning parties, promoting new products/services, and assisting with anything else the wonderful girls of Wink need. When she isn't working at Wink, she loves spending time with her college-aged triplets - Asher, Makenzie, and Dawson, and playing tennis.
