Michele Wood, L.E.
Michele Wood is the founder and driving force behind Wink Medical Aesthetics, which she launched in 2009 to blend advanced medical treatments with the warmth of a luxury spa. A licensed medical esthetician since 2010, Michele began performing Botox® injections in 2011 and dermal filler injections in 2012, quickly earning recognition as an advanced injector known for subtle, confidence-enhancing results.
Michele’s background includes a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, experience that informs her 15+ years of business leadership. She continually hones her skills through private and small-group trainings, including advanced injection courses and applied anatomy cadaver dissection at the Allergan Medical Institute, as well as extensive Galderma medical trainings. Her philosophy is rooted in lifelong learning and delivering natural-looking outcomes tailored to each patient’s unique features.
Beyond her expertise with injectables, Michele is certified in a range of treatments including HALO®, MOXI®, BBL® Hero, and CoolSculpting®, where she holds a master’s certification. Her commitment to clinical excellence and patient education ensures every treatment is both artful and precise.
When she’s not caring for patients, Michele treasures time with her two daughters and three Labradors. She enjoys traveling, fitness, boating, and savoring Texas sunsets—moments that recharge her creative energy and passion for aesthetics.
